Pottstown Area Health & wellness Foundation

The Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation (PAHWF) has worked to improve the health and wellness of Pottstown area residents since 2003. As PAHWF President Dave Kraybill says, “A healthy Pottstown benefits everyone—from community members to business owners—by creating a better place to live, work, and play.” Since its founding, the Foundation has awarded more than $40 million to over 200 grantees, helping foster a vibrant community, inspire healthy lifestyles, and build a strong economic base.

Creative Health Services

Creative Health Services is Pottstown’s community behavioral health center helping more than 6,000 children, adults and families improve their lives every year. Our staff meets with people at our many campuses, as well as in schools, homes and community settings. Our services are designed to help people overcome the adverse experiences that impact their lives.

Community Health & Dental Care

Since 2008, Community Health & Dental Care (CHDC) ensures access to appropriate levels of care for all people in the service area regardless of their ability to pay. CHDC has qualified, caring staff to assist you and your family to become a patient of a true medical and dental home. You can schedule a medical visit and dental visit the same day for you and your family members! CHDC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that offers a wide range of affordable services.

Pottstown Hospital - Tower Health

Located in Pottstown, Pa., and a member of Tower Health, Pottstown Hospital is a 232-bed hospital, conveniently located off Route 422, at Armand Hammer Blvd. and High St. The hospital offers a full range of health services, including inpatient and outpatient, medical, surgical, diagnostic, and emergency care. The Medical Staff features nearly 300 skilled physicians, offering more than 40 medical specialties.
