TCN provides meaningful and sustainable partnerships to support community needs in Western Montgomery County and surrounding areas including Northern Chester County and Eastern Berks County.

We are collaborating to problem solve on community needs and supporting the capacity of nonprofit organizations and small businesses to do good. TCN is a membership organization comprised of nonprofits, businesses and other civic groups for the purpose of building the partnerships that positively impact our community.
